Please read this document in full before creating an account or using any service on betx365. All rules stated here form part of the agreement between you and the platform.
General Provisions
betx365 is an online gaming and sports betting platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between betx365 and any member ("you" or "member") who uses its services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms in full.
It is the member's own responsibility to read and understand these Terms thoroughly. If you have difficulty understanding any part, please contact the betx365 customer support team.
betx365 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of changes through the platform, and continued use of the platform after an update will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
Membership and Account
2.1 Registration
Membership at betx365 is completely free. To complete registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Creating an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and such accounts may be cancelled at any time.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, betx365 reserves the right to cancel both accounts and any balance held in them.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the betx365 support team immediately.
- Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.
- Make sure to log out after using a public device.
- Changing your password at regular intervals is a good habit.
Age Limit and Identity Verification
All services on betx365 are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping a minor use the platform is strictly prohibited.
To confirm a member's age and identity, betx365 may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to submit documents may result in temporary account suspension and delays in the withdrawal process.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at betx365 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless betx365 approves otherwise in a specific case.
4.3 Transaction Conditions
- All deposits and withdrawals will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- Withdrawals may be delayed if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
- betx365 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in cryptocurrency are not permitted.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 Other Promotions
betx365 runs multiple promotions for regular members, including the weekly betx365 Reload Festival (up to 30%, maximum ৳5,000, wagering 18×), the betx365 Cricket Charge Bonus (up to 50%, maximum ৳8,000, wagering 20×), and the Slot Star Special Reward (up to 40%, maximum ৳6,000, wagering 22×).
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Another bonus cannot be added while one is already active.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- betx365 may withhold a bonus from any member, particularly in cases of bonus abuse.
- Not all games may count equally towards meeting a bonus wagering requirement — contribution rates vary by game.
- Bonuses are awarded only against real-money deposits.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
betx365 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. Bets may be cancelled due to technical errors, incorrect odds, or other unusual circumstances, in which case the staked amount will be refunded.
6.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting, no bet may be changed after a match has started. Odds during live betting may change at any moment, and betx365 will not be liable for losses caused by technical interruptions.
6.3 Casino and Slot Games
All casino and slot games are operated under the rules of third-party game software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and others). Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. betx365 will not be responsible for the outcome of any round interrupted by a disconnection during gameplay.
6.4 Multi Bets and Combo Bets
For multi bets, all selections must be correct — if even one is wrong, the entire bet is lost. Odds are multiplied in a multi bet, which increases potential returns but also increases risk.
Account Closure and Suspension
7.1 Closure by betx365
betx365 may suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Providing false or incomplete registration information.
- Operating multiple accounts or transferring an account to another person.
- Bonus abuse or any attempt to manipulate the system.
- Match-fixing or any kind of fraudulent activity.
- Accessing the service from a legally restricted area.
7.2 Closure by the Member
If a member wishes to close their own account, please contact betx365 customer support. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any active bonus balance will be forfeited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betx365 platform:
- Placing bets or playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
- Placing low-risk opposing bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements (arbitrage).
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Receiving or transferring funds from another member's account.
- Transactions connected to money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully towards other members.
Privacy and Security

betx365 does not sell personal information to third parties without the member's consent. However, it may be required to share information under legal obligations or by order of the authorities.
Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability
betx365 accepts no liability in the following cases:
- A game or bet is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or technical error.
- Any error or unintended outcome in third-party game software.
- A member leaving their own account credentials unprotected.
- Service suspension due to external causes (natural disasters, government orders, etc.).
betx365 strives to maintain the highest standards in all circumstances, however no compensation claims are accepted for the cases listed above.
Terms & Conditions Changes
betx365 may change, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified on the platform before any changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after new terms are published will be considered full acceptance of those new terms.
